Like a well curated home, an art wall does not come together over night and requires a variety of pieces in different mediums. We have been slowly curating pieces for sometime that represent a wide range of our favorite vintage works including family heirlooms, abstracts, and some personal pictures from our children. We are drawn to color (loving hints of pink), photography, and faux animal heads. We pulled together some art work from some of our favorite women artists and included a couple pics of some insanely gorgeous art walls. Each wall captures the perfect blend of vintage eclectic with hints of glam and boho chic.
We adore Paislea at White Faux Taxidermy. Amy picked up the gold antlers below.
Alyse picked up this reasonably priced peacock beauty from Lab Partners. It's the perfect collection of mint green hues for her living room wall.
We love The Pink Pagoda's colorful, vibrant Chinoiserie inspired prints. This green malachite pagoda print would be perfect on the art wall.
These are just a few of our favorites...we are always on the hunt for new pieces and would love to hear about some of the artists you adore. Do you have a personal art wall pic you'd like to share? Send us your photo and we may put it up on the blog.
