Light Up Your Look with One Kings Lane

Alyse Hufford

OKL-Light-Up-Your-Look1.  2.  3.  4.  5.  6.  7.  8.

This week I bring you a collection I curated for One Kings Lane and their new series, 'Fashion-Forward Furniture'. The series features fashionable rooms that are inspired by our wardrobe and for this particular campaign, they asked me to pair my favorite statement piece of jewelry with a chandelier.

Lucky for me I spotted a swoon worthy Vintage Art Deco French Chandelier on OKL however I had a hard time picking just one piece of jewelry - I couldn't exclude the Turquoise Scarab Pendant and Chanel Ball Necklace.  Not only did I feature these beauties in my collection, I also pulled in some jewelry I have been coveting for sometime including the Cathy Waterman Rustic Diamond Ring and Vanessa Mooney Purple Haze Earrings.  I think the vibrant turquoise and garnet hues of the quartz earrings pair perfectly with Waterman's ring.

The Swedish Sterling Vermiel Wedding Crown was one of the first jewelry pieces I selected to pair with the French chandelier and although it was made exclusively for a Scandinavian wedding, I think it could be worn with a little black dress for a New Years Eve party.  And be sure to check out the Vintage Chanel CC Logo Crown Earrings.  They play off the wedding crown perfectly.

I hope you find beauty and inspiration in these pieces of past and present.  I welcome your feedback and would love to hear which of these pieces are your favorite.  And a big THANK YOU to Allison Burt Tilden of Votre Grande Soeur for recommending me as a guest contributor to One Kings Lane.  I appreciate your support!
